The Alchemy Eternity is designed to be the ultimate P90, versatile enough to convincingly play almost any style - excelling in expressive progressive and rock music. It's design hinges on the blend of AlNiCo V and AlNiCo IV bar magnets in both the bridge and neck positions - with individual magnets gauss tested and chosen specifically to deliver more AlNiCo V character in the bridge and AlNiCo IV character in the neck. This delivers a good level of string pull in both positions, avoiding being so strong that it harms the warmth and sustain of the pickup in the neck position and avoiding being weak enough to impede on note-separation and clarity in the bridge position.
 
The Eternity set is wound to a slightly lower output than most 'modern output' pickups, allowing for a wider frequency range and a less compressed, more organic sound, with lots of midrange character while retaining relatively high inductance for plenty of presence and a tight, punchy low end.
 
The bridge is punchy with only slight compression to retain good treble response and harmonic overtones without any brittle/shrill highs, and the neck pickup is warmer and slightly more open in the midrange with tons of clarity.

Perfect for prog, blues, and hard rock, with enough output to tackle some higher gain styles.
